Traditionally known as cosmopolitan and open-minded, Grenoble has a unique setting, with an exceptional natural and sport environment.

The city is close to natural wildlife reserves (Chartreuse and Vercors) and around thirty ski resorts (Chamrousse, Alpe d'Huez, Deux-Alpes...).
