Exchange student registration

puceFrench version

Several types of exchange are offered: a university exchange stay, a laboratory training course or internship (stage) or a degree-level training course. Exchange programs are available at each degree level: Licence, Master's or the Doctorate.

If you wish to pursue your studies in one of the member institutions of the Université de Grenoble :

  • You must first find out whether or not there exists a partnership agreement between Grenoble and your own institution.

  • If such a partnership program exists, you should apply through your own institution of origin for the desired exchange programme. It is up to them to select their future students for the exchange.

  • If you are selected, you may apply to the Université de Grenoble:

  • You will be informed of the steps to take to prepare your exchange visit by the international relations office of the host institution.

Registration and the payment of university fees will be carried out in your university of origin, to which you remain affiliated and remains the only one which can award you the degree for which you are registered.

Studying in Grenoble as part of an exchange arrangement gives you the opportunity of following courses at the same time as benefiting from an international experience. The courses to be validated (through the ECTS credit system) will be credited to you by your university of origin.
